At ShoeShi.Hokkaido, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Hokkaido-branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
